Sammy Cesare graduated from the Wild Samoan Pro Wrestling Training Center, in October of 1998.  He is certified in Professional Wrestling as a Wrestler, Referee and Manager.   The Wild Samoan Training Center is sanctioned by World Wrestling Entertainment WWE (formerly known as the World Wrestling Federation WWF.  At the Wild Samoan Training Center, he was trained by former WWF (WWE) superstars Afa Anoai (Hall of Fame  Legend Afa "the Wild Samoan") and Sam Anoai ("Headshrinker Samu").      Sammy Cesare worked for Top Rope Productions, the parent company of World Xtreme Wrestling WXW from 1998-present.  Performed in ring work mainly as a referee (stage name "Senior Official" Sammy C).   As a referee, he officiated matches between several WXW stars and occasional former or current WWF (WWE) superstars.     Also worked as Webmaster, from 2001-2005 for the company's website    Sammy Cesare currently still appears on WXW's weekly show WXW RAGE TV  from 2002-Present (which is still in syndication, airing reruns and stock footage from earlier shows) as "Senior Official" Sammy C.
